Google +1 button allows you to connect people with you easily. They will get your notifications that you will update for them and also allows you to share stuff with the world.
How to do:
Step 1: Go to your Blogger Dashboard and click Layout.
Step 2: Click on 'Add Gadget' and a popup window will open, from there choose '+1 Button'. Click the Plus sign to add it to your blog.
Step 3: Customize of your widget how the button will look like.
Step 4: Now click Save and You will get your Widget.
