How to do:
Step 1: Go to your Blogger Dashboard and click Layout.
Step 2: Click on 'Add Gadget' and a popup window will open, from there choose '+1 Button'. Click the Plus sign to add it to your blog.
Step 3: Customize of your widget how the button will look like.
Step 4: Now click Save and You will get your Widget.
